Terms of Service
Last updated · 11 May 2026
Welcome to Nexound Events. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at nexound.events (the "Site") and any tickets, bookings, or services offered through it by Nexound Events Ltd., a business registered in Ireland ("Nexound", "we", "us").
By using the Site or booking an event, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase tickets. By booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to use the payment method submitted.
2. Accounts
Some features (saving bookings, viewing your tickets) require an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secret. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at support@nexound.events.
3. Bookings & tickets
- A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. You'll receive a confirmation email containing your unique ticket code.
- Tickets are personal to the booker. Resale or transfer for commercial gain is prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided at the door.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry where a ticket appears fraudulent, has been duplicated, or where the holder breaches venue rules.
4. Event changes
Occasionally events have to change (line-up changes, venue moves, date shifts) for reasons outside our control. We'll notify ticket-holders by email as soon as we know. For details on refunds when an event changes substantially or is cancelled, see our Refund Policy.
5. Conduct at events
Ticket-holders agree to follow the rules of the venue and any directions from event staff. We may refuse entry, or ask you to leave, if you behave in a way that endangers others, damages the venue, or significantly disrupts the experience for other guests. No refunds will be given in those cases.
6. Intellectual property
All text, images, and branding on the Site belong to Nexound or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish it without written permission, other than for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or attendance at an event. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be lawfully limited (e.g. for personal injury caused by negligence).
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the Site, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
